Quand les migrants ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 traverser la fronti\u00e8re voisine et que des gens ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se noyer dans la Drina, Nihad n'a pas recul\u00e9. Il s'est dress\u00e9 et s'est concentr\u00e9 sur quelque chose \u00e0 quoi la plupart des gens ne pensent pas : ceux qui n'ont pas r\u00e9ussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 l'aide aux survivants, il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 visiter les morgues, \u00e0 organiser les enterrements, \u00e0 coordonner les tests ADN et \u00e0 rechercher les familles pour leur annoncer ce qui \u00e9tait arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 quelqu'un dont elles attendaient des nouvelles. Il a abandonn\u00e9 un emploi stable dans une cha\u00eene de supermarch\u00e9s pour se consacrer \u00e0 cela \u00e0 plein temps. Chaque personne qui meurt sur la route re\u00e7oit une pierre tombale \u00e0 son nom. Cela compte vraiment pour lui et pour leurs proches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poremma a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 aider en f\u00e9vrier 2025, introduit par un contact de longue date de Poremma, Diego. Nihad avait trouv\u00e9 un espace \u00e0 Tuzla qui pourrait servir de v\u00e9ritable centre communautaire \u2013 un lieu o\u00f9 les migrants et les r\u00e9sidents locaux pourraient r\u00e9ellement se rencontrer \u2013 mais il n\u00e9cessitait des r\u00e9novations avant de pouvoir ouvrir. Nous avons fourni un financement ponctuel pour y parvenir : l'am\u00e9nagement, le mobilier et les mat\u00e9riaux pour le rendre op\u00e9rationnel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n    <div class=\"custom-vimeo-popup-wrapper\">\n\n        \n            <div\n                class=\"custom-vimeo-thumb\"\n                data-vimeo=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/1206061216?autoplay=1\"\n            >\n                <img decoding=\"async\"\n                    src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/bosnia1-nihad-1-2.jpg\"\n                    alt=\"Lire la vid\u00e9o\"\n                >\n                <span class=\"custom-vimeo-play\"><\/span>\n            <\/div>\n\n        \n    <\/div>\n\n    \n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le centre fonctionne maintenant sur quatre axes : le soutien au jour le jour des personnes de passage ; le travail continu d'identification et d'inhumation de ceux qui meurent sur la route ; la distribution r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de nourriture, de v\u00eatements et de produits essentiels ; et l'aide \u00e0 l'acheminement des personnes vers les h\u00f4pitaux en couvrant les frais m\u00e9dicaux si n\u00e9cessaire. Environ 500 personnes y passent chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nihad voulait un centre comme celui-ci depuis des ann\u00e9es. C'est le premier espace communautaire de ce genre \u00e0 Tuzla \u2013 et il vient d'une personne qui a tout simplement refus\u00e9 de d\u00e9tourner le regard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\"
